Space Planning
We supply field measurements in order to provide a Space Plan using 2 & 3D drawings. While preparing drawings, we will take into consideration your needs, company culture & environment. Once all the information is gathered, we can provide a Space Plan Customized to your specific needs.
Interior Design
Once the space plan, mfg., and services are approved, we will provide the fabrics, finishes and colors necessary to design an area large or small, that will reflect good taste, your company culture & environment. Should additional design services be necessary, we will arrange for a licensed & experienced Interior Designer to meet with you or your staff to discuss additional design ideas. This service would be provided at an additional hourly fee.
Furniture Specifications
Once the Space Plan and Furniture is approved, you will receive a detailed estimate, which will include Furniture specifications.
Field Verification
All field measurements will be verified. There an old saying among Carpenters to “measure twice, cut once”. We want to make sure that all the furniture will fit in the space provided, while leaving enough space for walkways, between workspaces & wheelchair accessibility in order to be ADA Compliant.
2 & 3D cad drawing
Once the space is defined, & verified (2 & 3 D) drawings will be provided in order to see the layout & spacing of the entire area. The (2D) drawings are provided for just that reason, & the (3D) drawings are too see the details of each workstation.
Warehouse Asset Management
There are times when a company or facility is looking to make changes, one of which could be downsizing, however, since their existing furniture is in fairly good condition, they would like the ability to store the access furniture for possible future use. Office Cubicle Warehouse has ample space available in their warehouse, and can provide the services to disassemble your workstations, remove them from your location, load them onto our trucks, & transport them to our warehouse. There they will be stored in a most proficient way, with the ability to put those workstations back together at a later date. The warehouse is clean, organized, and the furniture will be labeled and kept together in one section.
Project Management
When planning a small or large area with multiple manufacturers, which although ordered at the same time, have different production and delivery times, Office Cubicle Warehouse will ship all the furniture to our warehouse, and we will store all the furniture as it arrives, in the same location, and then once all the furniture is in, we will schedule a delivery, to deliver and set up in place the entire order at one time.
Delivery & Installation
Once all your furniture arrives, we will schedule a delivery date, deliver on time, set up in place, provide a punch list if necessary, a final walk through, and remove all packing materials.
Relocation
There are times when there is a need to move from one location to another. Could be company growth, downsizing, expired lease or just better location or facilities. Office Cubicle Warehouse will provide those services necessary to make the move as smooth as possible.
Reconfiguration
When it comes to furniture installation, most companies can deliver & set up new furniture. Some have the ability to disassemble & move to another location, without losing parts, and with the ability to put it back together as in its original state, however only a select few furniture/ Installation companies can take the existing furniture and reconfigure the original layout. Office Cubicle warehouse has the ability to do just that. We will meet with your staff, define the area using field verification, and find out what your needs are, in order to design a new layout, that will meet your current needs.
Preventive Maintenance/ Repairs & Reupholstery
Furniture Products over a period of time show wear & tear. Some signs are minor like scratches on wood surfaces, ergonomic accessories become loose, broken cylinders, damaged or stained upholstered products, and fabric panels that need to be cleaned. While these are mostly concerns related to appearance, there are additional concerns that are more safety related such as missing screws on chairs which could cause an injury. For that reason, we offer a preventive maintenance program to periodically check all chairs in order to prevent any employee from getting hurt. While we are there we will look at the other issues, and when necessary give you a head up.
Ergonomic Solutions
Over the last few years there has been a Plethora of articles written by ergonomists detailing the latest news on the best posture, how to sit in a chair properly, and make the best use of the ergonomic adjustments available, the importance of standing while working part of the day, & why certain products are not Anti-Bifma certified while others are. Office Cubicle Warehouse is here to assist and guide you through the process in choosing the right products. There are many chair videos on our website that show and demonstrate all the ergonomic adjustments, how to use them for the maximum benefit, & why they are important. Cable & Wire Management Solutions
Every workstation requires cable & wire management solutions for their phones and internet. This would apply to free standing desks, workstations, cubicles, stand up desks, collaborative, modular & benching work areas. Whether you are looking for wire management installed in your panel Raceway, desk height, or using a daisy chain installed from one desk to another, we can provide you with a solution.
Garbage Removal
Most furniture deliveries come with cartons, Styrofoam, stretch film, & plastic in order to protect the furniture from damage while shipping, moving product on and off the truck, and bringing to the location where it will be set up in place. Once the furniture is at its destination, we will remove the packaging & dispose of it, leaving the installation area clean and ready for your employees.
Punch List & Final Walk Through
Every large furniture / installation job involves multiple manufacturers and endless amounts of products and parts. It is very common that during the installation process we realize that there are missing or damaged parts. The correct process is to make a punch list of those items detailing specifically what is broken or missing, while indicating each corresponding location. Once the list is compiled, copies will go to each mfg. where specific issues exist, as well as the customer, so that all parties will be aware of the issues, and the urgency to have them resolved as soon as possible. Once those parts arrive, we will go back to the jobsite, complete the installation, and do the final walk through with our customer.
Liquidation
When replacement furniture is ordered and there is no intention on keeping the existing furniture, or giving it to another department within your organization or facility, we will provide the liquidation service, where we will disassemble the existing furniture, and remove it from your premises. The areas involved in the removal of furniture will be left clean and ready for your employees.
