How long will the delivery take?

Most items that are purchase through our shopping cart are in stock items and will be delivered within a few days, usually within 3-5 business days, however the mfg’s and wholesalers we deal with have about a 95% fill rate, which means that occasionally there can be a few items that are currently not in stock. Should that happen, we will notify you of the missing items. If the item is essential in order to use the other items, we will deliver the whole order at one time when the back order item arrives, otherwise we will deliver and set up what we have, and bring the back ordered item when it comes in. For products that require field measurements and non-stock items , delivery time is usually 2-4 weeks.

What if we would like to purchase a product that is not shown on your website?

We will try to help if we can. As you can see by looking at our website, our range is pretty extensive and in most cases if it is furniture in the workplace, we should be able to help with the exact item or something similar.

Will the delivery be made by one of our trucks, or by another delivery service like Fed-ex or UPS?

If the delivery requires assembly, more than likely we will send our own trucks and drivers.

I am not always home, can we schedule a specific day and time?

We can arrange a specific date that would work for both yourself and our company, and we can narrow Down the time to within a few hours, however it is not possible to arrange an exact time, since we not control traffic and other installation issues that may arise during the day. If we feel that we will not be able to deliver within the window of time we planned, we will give you a heads up with an estimated eta.

Do you have any showrooms in the NY NJ Metro area where we can see and touch the furniture?

There are some local showrooms in the NY NJ Metro area where you can see and touch the furniture, however most of the items on our shopping cart are not represented by wholesalers or mfg’s that have a local showroom, never-the-less we do have other mfg’s and wholesalers who have similar furniture available to view.

Can we visit their showrooms on our own?

Mfg’s and wholesalers are happy to have potential customers visit their showrooms, however you must be accompanied by a local dealer. We would be happy to meet you at the showroom at a specific time that would work for both of us.

Should you require someone to visit your site to discuss the various options available, would we be able to accommodate your request?

ThisAbsolutely, as long as you are located within the NY Metro area we will arrange a time convenient for both yourself & our company representative is the answer

I see that your price includes Delivery & Set up, however our building does not have an elevator and we are on the 4th floor?

Our prices are based on main floor delivery, or in an elevated building, where the elevator is operational. If not we can still make the delivery, however there would be an extra charge depending on how many flights, pieces of furniture, & the size and type of the furniture being delivered. For those type of issues it would be best to contact our office, and we will be happy to work up an estimate for the delivery.

My home is furnished very nicely & we are worried that while making the delivery, your drivers may damage our existing furniture. Is that an issue?

Our delivery people are professionals at what they do. They have been delivering and setting up furniture for many years, and are very aware of what they are delivering and their surroundings. Should a situation arise where they require additional help, they will reach out and let our office know.

What if an item is removed from the box and is already damaged or missing an integral part?

We will order in the missing or damaged part, & reschedule to complete the delivery and installation.

Once the furniture is delivered and set up in place, will the driver remove the debris?

Yes, our driver will remove any debris from the packaging of the furniture they delivered. They will remove from your location, and bring it back to our warehouse.

We have existing furniture in the place where we would like to put the new furniture. Do we need to clear the furniture & move it prior to the delivery, or can your driver provide that service for us?

Should you need that service , please contact our office to discuss, since the delivery will require additional time, and will effect other deliveries scheduled for that day. Under normal conditions we would require that the area is clear and clean prior to delivery & installation.

We have existing furniture that we would like to dispose of, can your office provide that service?

Absolutely, we can pick up and dispose of your existing furniture. Please notify our office prior to placing your order, and we will give you an estimate on the cost.

The prices on your website are based on minimum quantity, can you offer an additional discount for quantity purchasing?

In a situation where you are looking to purchase larger quantities , please call our office & we will be happy to accommodate you with better pricing whenever possible.

Our office is located in a building that requires union workers, Does your delivered set up price include those situations?

Unfortunately, the cost to deliver to union buildings is much more expensive. We can provide the service, however at an additional charge. Please call for an estimate prior to placing your order.

Is there a deposit necessary when placing a custom order?

Yes, a 50% deposit is required. Custom orders can not be cancelled after 24 hours.
