Shipping, Warranty, Cancellation, & Return Policies

Our products are under warranty from each of the Manufacturers we represent, who guarantee the quality of their workmanship, under normal wear and tear, to be free of any manufacturing defects. Should any occur they will be repaired or replaced at our discretion, under the advisement of each manufacturer.

In-stock merchandise can not be cancelled once orders have been placed.

Custom orders can only be cancelled within 24hrs.

All products/ returns must include a return authorization, and ship freight prepaid, or will not be accepted. Stock items must be returned in original cartons, and will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Fabrics and finishes on-line could look slightly different than in person, please request samples when necessary.

Custom orders can not be returned or exchanged.

All products delivered in cartons must be inspected for damages within (2) days, and our office must be notified immediately of any damages.

Any damages to outside of cartons must be photographed and sent to our office immediately.

All items delivered & set up in place must be signed for. Any damages must be indicated on packing slip when signing for delivery.
